Inspiration

The foundation of our 2BHK Diversity Homes campaign was rooted in the belief that a home transcends its physical structure; it's a collective space where stories and traditions seamlessly intertwine.

How the challenge was overcome

Our challenge was to market homes that appealed to a diverse audience, including individuals from various cultures, religions, and ethnicities. Striking a balance to cater to everyone presented a complex challenge, requiring careful consideration of diverse preferences and backgrounds.

Identifying the Problem

After a highly successful initial campaign, Shivalik Ventures faced the challenge of meeting customer demands for 2 BHK homes. They needed to launch 2 BHK homes with a 641 sq. ft. carpet area while appealing to a diverse audience representing different cultures, religions, and ethnicities.

Execution

We introduced the "2 BHK Diversity Homes" campaign, which was a lively portrayal of a cultural mosaic that embraced the rich diversity of residents. The campaign featured artwork with a blend of patterns inspired by various cultures, all while emphasizing the spacious 641 sq. ft living space.
