Our inspiration was drawn from the architectural design crafted by the developers, who found their muse in Bandra's rich Portuguese architectural heritage. This heritage, deeply woven into the cultural fabric of the locality, guided our pursuit of design excellence and site branding, encapsulating the essence of Bandra's renowned architectural legacy.
As Raymond Realty was venturing into Bandra after its significant journey in the Thane market, it was crucial to effectively communicate its arrival and align it with the preferences of the target audience we aimed to serve. Also, The project was situated amidst rubble and an aesthetically unpleasing environment, posing our primary challenge: diverting attention away from these surroundings and towards the project itself. Additionally, with two roads leading to the project - one narrow and the other connected to the highway - our goal was to enhance the visual allure of the highway route, emphasizing the project's accessibility and appeal.
Through extensive discussions and brainstorming sessions, we conceived a vision aimed at offering people a glimpse into the unparalleled living experience provided by Raymond Realty's Bandra project. To achieve this, we executed a 350-foot site branding initiative, effectively capturing the essence of Raymond Realty living through compelling visual elements. Furthermore, we successfully conveyed the project's convenient proximity to the highway.
