Amidst the IPL buzz, we didn't just join the cricket craze; we brought the cricket fever home. We infused its thrill to devise the name of the campaign. Also, taking inspiration from the wit of a tortoise, we crafted a payment plan that moves at a pace as deliberate and steady as itself.
Our foremost challenge entailed promoting a project that navigated intricate hurdles, including a challenging locality, the trend toward more compact living spaces among Mumbaikars for financial ease, and the added dimension of IM Buildcon making its debut in the real estate market.
We came up with the Tortoise Premier League (TPL) campaign for the Applaud 38 project, creatively transforming the "slow and steady" concept into a winning strategy. Taking advantage of the IPL excitement, we infused the thrill of cricket into the homebuying journey, naming and organizing the campaign around the intentional pace of a tortoise. In our mission to redefine the homebuying landscape for Applaud 38, a celebrity home, we thoughtfully developed a payment plan that harmonized premium living with affordability, with the strategic involvement of Mr. Chatur.
